Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. If your order is placed outside of business hours, processing will begin on the next business day.
Australian Standard orders are delivered within 2-6 business days, and Express orders are delivered in 1-2 business days.
International Standard orders are delivered within 7-27 business days, and Express orders are delivered in 3-6 business days.
Please allow for processing time when estimating the date your order will be delivered.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, BANĪN ships worldwide and offers both Standard and Express delivery options.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via sms or email once your order has been posted.
Enter this tracking number into the courier’s website to track the status of your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your location and the size of the parcel.
Australian delivery starts at $15 (AUD).
We offer free domestic shipping (Australia) for orders over $250 (AUD).
International shipping starts at $20 (AUD).
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
At BANĪN, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. However, if an item is faulty, we are happy to provide store credit. To minimise any issues, please check our sizing charts carefully before purchasing or reach out with any questions - we’re happy to assist!

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact our Customer Service team by clicking here or emailing buybanin@gmail.com to initiate a request for store credit. Include your order number in the subject and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Photographs will be required for claims of damage and or faults on any products as each item is quality checked before being posted.

How do I care for my garments?
Sheilas
- Care: Try hijab tape or magnets to secure your sheila instead of pins. Avoid getting your sheila caught in jewellery or sharp edges as this will cause damage. It is not recommended to iron or steam your sheilas.
- Wash: Always separately hand wash your sheilas in cold water. Fold and hang to dry without pegs, away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.

- Fabrics are delicate and need care.
